Medals are awarded to various competition winners and are usually made of metal. Metal medal making materials: copper, iron, zinc alloy, gold, silver and other metal materials. Medal production process: 1. Design medal artwork. 2. Making a badge mold: We will engrave the knife path for the mold engraving in the computer designed artwork imported into the carving machine program. 3. Suppression. The heat-treated mold is mounted on a press table, and a different piece of medal material such as a copper piece or a piece of iron which is pressed by the pattern is placed. 4. Punching: Using the die cutter prepared in advance, the product is punched down by the punch according to its shape. 5. Polishing. Put the product that has been punched down into the polishing machine to remove the punched burrs and improve the smoothness of the product. 6.7. Welding medal accessories. Weld the back of the product with solder standard accessories or customer-requested accessories. 8. Plating and coloring the medals. 9. Install the ribbon and packaging.

What if the artist's colour visual does not meet with my requirements?
Simply email us with the details of any changes you wish to make to the artwork. Once we have revised your artwork we will send the new image for your re-approval.
