The process of customizing metal crafts

1. Find the right manufacturer or supplier: Use online or offline platforms to find the right manufacturer or trade company.

2. Contact professionals: Customers need to contact staff to clearly express their own customized products, such as: Medal, Metal Badge, Keychain and other metal crafts; there are also requirements for product specifications, which include material, quantity, plating color, process, packaging and so on.

3. Product quotation: The way and cost of quotation of different manufacturers are different; the quotation of customized products is including quantity, size, color, process, etc.

Note: Customized products require customers to pay mold fees, proofing customers need to pay proofing costs; if the quantity of the order exceeds the manufacturer's requirements at one time, you can apply to the manufacturer for refund of the mold fee.

4. Drawing design: Before the product proofing or production, the manufacturer will arrange the designer to draw design drawings, and send drawings to the customer to confirm whether the drawings need to be adjusted.

5. Cutting mold: Once the customer confirms the design draft, the manufacturer will arrange the engraver to carve the product mold; during and after carving the mold, the customer cannot change the mold shape, size, etc. If the customer wants to modify, he needs to pay the mold fee again, and can change the color, packaging, etc. (different situations are based on the actual plan)

6. Production date: The proofing time is generally within 7 days, the time of bulk goods is 16-18 days, the specific time is determined according to the complexity of product production.

7. Packaging & transportation: Before packaging products,the manufacturer will select good products and then packaging. The common packaging method is opp bag, of course, manufacturers can also accept custom gift boxes (need to communicate in advance).
Mode of transportation: Air, land, sea, etc. Order of transport time: Air, Land > Sea.
